Channel Identification: We collect Discord Channel ID which were sets for memoAI chat. This information is essential for MemoAI to operate within specific channels designated by the server administrators and to ensure the bot's features function correctly in those locations.
Server Statistics: We collect the Discord Server Members Count (including bots). This helps us understand the size and activity of the servers using MemoAI, which can be used for internal analytics and service optimization.
User Interactions with MemoAI: We store the content of conversations and commands initiated by users directly interacting with MemoAI. This data is essential for MemoAI to understand and respond appropriately to user requests, as it is powered by the ElectronAI API.
Bot Configuration Data: We store settings and preferences configured for MemoAI on your server, such as prefixes, language settings, and other parameters that customize the bot's behavior.
Web AI Playground:In our web-based AI playground, which leverages the MemoAI Discord bot’s capabilities, we collect only:
• Username of the individual using the playground.
• AI Model Selected by the user for chat or image generation.
This information helps us identify and prevent spam, optimize playground functionality, and provide a smooth user experience.
Important Considerations Regarding Your Data:•
No Storage of Personal Discord User Data: MemoAI and Licoryx Technologies do not store personal user data beyond direct bot interactions on servers. We do not collect or retain Discord usernames, profile pictures, or other personal details outside what is necessary for bot operation.

Data Usage: All conversation data and usage data stored are used solely to provide and improve our AI services. No staff member has access to personal conversations or user content once stored securely.

Data Security: Your data is stored in secure, encrypted databases with strict access controls.

Authentication Data: When logging into the web playground, Discord or Google login emails and usernames are stored solely for authentication and security purposes.

Please be advised that all purchases of MemoAI premium plans are final. We do not offer refunds for premium subscriptions, whether purchased through the Discord bot or via any freelancing platforms where MemoAI services or Licoryx technologies services may be offered. By subscribing to a premium plan, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Unless specified otherwise, all content is owned by Licoryx Technologies.
You have the right to request deletion of any stored data related to your Discord server (including Server ID, Server Name, Owner Name, Member Count, and bot configuration) by submitting a ticket in our Support Discord Server. Deleting this data may affect MemoAI’s functionality on your server. For the web AI playground, users can request deletion of their stored conversation and authentication data via the same support channels.
