Channel Identification: We collect Discord Channel ID which were sets for memoAI chat. This information is essential for MemoAI to operate within specific channels designated by the server administrators and to ensure the bot's features function correctly in those locations.Server Statistics: We collect the Discord Server Members Count (including bots). This helps us understand the size and activity of the servers using MemoAI, which can be used for internal analytics and service optimization.
User Interactions with MemoAI: We store the content of conversations and commands initiated by users directly interacting with MemoAI. This data is essential for MemoAI to understand and respond appropriately to user requests, as it is powered by the ElectronAI API.
Bot Configuration Data: We store settings and preferences configured for MemoAI on your server, such as prefixes, language settings, and other parameters that customize the bot's behavior.

In our web-based AI playground, the system's functionality is also fully powered by the usage of the MemoAI Discord bot. Within this environment, we collect only the username of the individual using the playground and the specific AI model they are interacting with. We gather this data for the purposes of identifying any instances of spam-related activity and to optimize the functionalities of our web playground.

Important Considerations Regarding Your Data:
No Storage of Personal User Information: We want to emphasize that MemoAI and Licoryx Technologies do not store individual user-specific data beyond their direct interactions with the bot within a server. This means we do not collect or retain usernames, profile pictures, or any other personal information of individual Discord users.
Powered by ElectronAI: Please be aware that MemoAI utilizes the ElectronAI API to provide its AI capabilities. While we process user interactions through their API, Licoryx Technologies' Privacy Policy governs the data we collect and store directly. ElectronAI likely has its own privacy policy regarding the data processed through their API, which we encourage you and your users to review.

Data Deletion Requests: You have the right to request the deletion of the data we store related to your Discord server (Server ID, Server Name, Owner Name, Member Count, and bot configuration data) by creating a ticket in our Support Discord Server. Please note that deleting this data will result in the removal of customized settings and may impact some of MemoAI's functionality on your server, as this information is crucial for the bot to operate effectively. The history of conversations with MemoAI is tied to the server and its configurations.

Please be advised that all purchases of MemoAI premium plans are final. We do not offer refunds for premium subscriptions, whether purchased through the Discord bot or via any freelancing platforms where MemoAI services or Licoryx technologies services may be offered. By subscribing to a premium plan, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
