These Terms govern the use of Licoryx Technologies services, including the DanumaAI Telegram Bot, MemoAI Playground (web), and any related platforms or legal relationships.

DanumaAI Telegram Bot:
DanumaAI, operated by Licoryx Technologies, is focused on serving the Sri Lankan audience. To deliver features effectively, we collect:
User Uploads: Images sent to DanumaAI (for functionalities like memory management, analysis, AI response improvement, and moderation) are stored temporarily. All images are automatically deleted within 30 days.
Message Logging: We log message metadata (timestamps, frequency, usage statistics) daily to monitor usage and improve service quality. However, we do not store or retain the content of user messages beyond immediate processing.
Deletion Requests: Users may request early deletion of uploaded images by joining our official Telegram group and submitting a request.


MemoAI Playground (Web):
For our web playground (powered by the OpenAI API), we collect:
• Username of the individual using the playground.
• AI Model selected (chat/image).
• Image URLs generated (for displaying recent creations).
• Authentication data (email + username) if logging in via Discord or Google, stored only for security and authentication.


Important Considerations Regarding Your Data:
• No Storage of Personal User Data: We do not store Telegram usernames, profile pictures, or other personal identifiers beyond what is required for service functionality.
• Data Usage: All stored data (uploads, usage stats, authentication) is used only to improve our AI services.
• Data Security: Stored data is kept in secure, encrypted databases with strict access controls.
• Third-Party Services: MemoAI Playground relies on the OpenAI API for core AI features. Their Privacy Policy also applies.OpenAI's TOS

By using DanumaAI, MemoAI Playground, or any related Licoryx Technologies service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All purchases of premium plans (DanumaAI or MemoAI Playground) are final. We do not offer refunds, whether purchased via Telegram, web, or freelancing platforms where Licoryx Technologies services are offered.

Unless specified otherwise, all content is owned by Licoryx Technologies.

You may request deletion of stored data as follows:

• DanumaAI: Uploaded images before 30-day expiry.
• MemoAI Playground: Conversation history, generated content, and authentication data.

Submit requests via our official support channels.

Request data deletion by joining our support Discord server, our official Telegram group, or via this Google form.
