While we process user interactions through their API, Licoryx Technologies' Privacy Policy governs the data we collect and store directly. ElectronAI likely has its own privacy policy regarding the data processed through their API, which we encourage you and your users to review.

Data Deletion Requests: You have the right to request the deletion of the data we store related to your Discord server (Server ID, Server Name, Owner Name, Member Count, and bot configuration data) by creating a ticket in our Support Discord Server. Please note that deleting this data will result in the removal of customized settings and may impact some of MemoAI's functionality on your server, as this information is crucial for the bot to operate effectively. The history of conversations with MemoAI is tied to the server and its configurations.

By using MemoAI Bot, you are agreening to the following rules
1. No spamming. For us, spamming is doing lots of commands without really using the bot
2. No advertising.
3. No hacking. We don't allow any hackings.

We are not going to share your personal data in any ways. First of all because we do not store it. We do store only Channel ID's, Owner's Name, Discord Server ID, Discord Server Name and Discord server users count.
